One of those gems of an Oolong that is very special. Lightly oxidized at 12%. Makes a light milky-floral cup, for use in multiple infusions. When steeping this Oolong or any other lightly oxidized Oolong make sure to do it loose in the pot. Never use a teaball because the leaves expand so much and are too restricted by the small space in a teaball.
