An herbal tea that grows wild in South Africa, Rooibos is naturally caffeine free, rich in essential minerals and is an excellent drink for infants, children and women whom are pregnant or nursing. Steeping Instructions: Use 1tsp of tea per 6oz cup. Steep for 5-7 minutes in boiling water.
