From the organic plantation of the Ambootia Estate comes this second flush Darjeeling.  Hand picked in the summer months, it is full bodied with a lovely fragrance and a glowing, crisp cup.

1 tsp per cup.  Steep for 3 to 5 minutes in boiling water.
