The benefits of consuming ginger are well known in many parts of the world, especially Asia. It is known to warm you from head to toe when consumed as a tea. Since ancient times, traditional healers in a diverse array of cultures have used this plant to primarily help settle nausea and motion sickness. Ginger is also often used as support for inflammatory conditions such as arthritis, rheumatism and gout. It increases blood flow to cleanse toxins and promote healing. It can also be used to help minimize the symptoms of the common cold, allergies and other respiratory conditions. Try blending ginger with organic peppermint leaf for an exhilarating and soothing infusion.

My husband fav tea is chamomile and often puts slices of ginger in for a bit of a twist. The organic ginger root is perfect to add to any tea for a bit of a different flavour !

Love this tea! No other tea soothes my stomach like this one. Great after a meal to aid digestion and works wonders for nausea! Pairs really well with organic peppermint :)
