Pai Mu Tan white tea with a blend of lush green teas, Jasmine Jade Pearls, cherry bits, orange blossoms, sunflower petals, apricot flavour and jasmine blossoms to create an infusion that is light, aromatic and offers a subtle sweetness. Excellent served hot or iced. A great tea to use as a base for a tea wine spritzer.
Steeping Instructions: Use 1 tsp of tea per 6oz cup. Steep 2-3 minutes in water that has not reached boiling point, 80 C.
